Bellomy Market Intelligence has an opportunity in Winston Salem for a motivated, collaborative Research Assistant to join one of our product teams. We’re looking for a team member who can bring strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, product inventory abilities, database knowledge, and a “can do” mindset.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
PRODUCT PREPARATION AND MANAGEMENT
- Review and become familiar with study documents (study design, questionnaires, respondent instructions) for overall knowledge of what projects entail
- Assist with plan for procurement of products from wholesaler, websites, or clients
- Communicate with inventory suppliers about product delivery and pick up
- Process products for distribution to employee panelists:
- Keep products separated and organized
- Apply stickers
- Open and re-package products
- Maintain accurate product counts
- Adhere to sanitation best practices, wearing gloves when handling products
- Complete online form to request and document product pick up from inventory
- Deliver products to third party fulfillment partner
- Pick up product kits from third party and deliver to local sites
- Send emails to participants and site contacts alerting them to upcoming study & communicate as needed throughout the study
- Manage personal calendar for awareness of study tasks and deadlines
DATABASE ADMINISTRATION:
- Respond to all employee questions routed to email inbox
- Trouble shoot and resolve employee login issues, password resets, etc.
- Make panelist updates in database based on weekly updates and panelist input
- Monitor appreciation status of panelists
- Assist in administering re-screener survey at the end of each year
- Assist in administering Informed Consent Form updates at the end of each year
- Assist with reviewing and testing changes to database
- Query database to provide lists of panelists for ad hoc requests
GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
- Act as a Bellomy ambassador, projecting positive images of Bellomy internally and externally
- Help sustain a profitable, stable, and growth-oriented business, consistent with delivering the highest quality of thinking and output
- May require weekend, early morning or evening work in addition to regular office hours on occasion
- Take on other responsibilities such as reviewing online survey links, as job growth allows
QUALIFICATIONS FOR HIRING:
- Physical ability to perform repetitive actions to apply stickers, open packaging, re-package products
- Physical ability to pack, move, push/pull boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Successful experience understanding and following step-by-step processes
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with online tools/databases
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to check own work
- Successful experience with multi-tasking, organization, prioritization, and working under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative team member
- Able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be fully authorized to work in the USA
- Driver’s license required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00
