Market Research Manager (onsite Winston Salem NC)

Your strong competencies are:
Highly experienced vendor-side market research project manager with numerous successful projects in quantitative custom research
Excellent communicator – both internally and with clients
Panel management expertise
Accomplished at analyzing data and crafting the story it tells
Top-notch project management skills; able to direct multiple projects while rolling up your sleeves to ensure excellent results for our clients
Skilled at looking ahead, recognizing potential challenges and bringing the right people in to quickly take down any roadblocks
Knows how to guide and communicate with teams in order to bring out their best work!
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring that quality, timelines and client satisfaction are always on point
- Design of marketing research studies
- Drive the expansion and engagement of our client’s exclusive employee panel. Lead outreach efforts to bring in new voices, keep panel members excited, and ensure active participation across projects.
- Develop questionnaires that effectively address each objective of the study
- Plan and prepare the data analysis and reports; taking results and writing the story
- Demonstrate strong communication with internal staff members and clients
- Successfully partner with advanced analytics and other operational support staff
- Deliver research findings/business insights which provide Bellomy points-of-view
- Monitoring and enhancing financial performance at project and account levels
- Mentoring and training staff members to enhance research skills and client interaction skills.
- Proactively building and maintaining solid relationships with clients
- Identifying new opportunities with existing clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, with a focus on product testing
- Strong knowledge of market research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Market experience in the tobacco industry strongly preferred
- Professional presence with clients
- Strategic thinker, able to draw implications from large amounts of data
- Fluent in PowerPoint, Word and Excel; experience with other data analysis tools is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communications skills; collaborative team member
- Understands the power of expressing gratitude and knows how to adjust personal communication style to ensure great working relationships (internal and external)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without restriction or visa assistance
- This position is in Winston-Salem NC. Must live in Winston-Salem or within daily commuting distance
