Research Associate, Remote Position

Bellomy is seeking an entry-level Research Associate to join our growing team.

Our Research Associates bring strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, clear written and verbal communication skills, and a talent for organizing, analyzing, and validating data. They are detail-oriented team members with strong grammar and proofing skills, a can-do approach, the ability to manage everyday tasks efficiently, and the flexibility to shift quickly when unexpected needs arise. Above all, they are dedicated to supporting our clients and delivering high-quality work every day.

Research Associates provide operational and logistical support in all aspects of our work. In doing so, they rapidly expand their market research skill set and knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute ideas and thoughtful points of view throughout the project process
  • Own assigned portions of projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and quality check data crosstabs and AI analytics for unstructured data
  • Analyze research data to identify patterns, insights, and potential implications
  • Utilize online research tools, including field monitoring, cross-tabulation, and AI-powered analysis tools
  • Create reports, presentations, graphs, and charts using MS Office and other current tools
  • Populate graphs, charts, and tables, and verify data for accuracy
  • Proof questionnaires, reports, and presentations for accuracy and clarity

Requirements:

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Strong proofreading skills
  • Comfort working with numbers, including reviewing, analyzing, and validating data
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with other data analysis tools is a plus
  • Market research experience preferred
