Research Manager, Remote Position

Bellomy is seeking an experienced Research Manager to join our growing team.

Our Research Managers are self-starters who bring sound project management, forward thinking, and a team-oriented approach to every engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction remain on track
  • Develop research instruments that effectively address study objectives
  • Ensure error-free, timely deliverables in fulfillment of Bellomy’s best practices
  • Plan data analysis and reporting approaches, translating results into a clear and meaningful story
  • Utilize online research tools, including field monitoring, cross-tabulation, and AI-powered analysis tools
  • Deliver research findings and business insights that help clients make informed decisions
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal team members and clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Partner effectively with operational support teams such as Advanced Analytics and Tech

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of vendor-side market research experience, with a strong track record of successful custom research projects
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stay hands-on, and meet deadlines
  • Appropriate attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, identify potential roadblocks, and engage the right people to resolve them quickly
  • Ability to guide teams, foster collaboration, and help others do their best work
  • Professional presence and confidence in client interactions
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to draw implications from large amounts of data
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with other data analysis tools is a plus

Candidates must be lawfully and fully (without restriction) employable in the United States either by citizenship or authorization from the Department of Homeland Security and the Labor Department.
